I wonder how long Suntalk plan lasted in the market, but managed to dig a post on M1 site, and the page appears to be disconnected from its main. Now, a flat charge of $0.16/min is collected as compared to peak/off-peak rates. And it appears to me it's the average of the 2 rates to hit $0.16min. Fair enough.
